In stock pads are dispatched within 3 days.  Custom orders usually have a 3 week turnaround for postage, however these can be manufactured faster dependent on the length of the order queue.

UK

Royal Mail First Class Large Letter – This is normally the lowest cost postage. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days but is NOT guaranteed. Should Royal Mail not deliver your item it will be a minimum of 15 business days before Royal Mail considers the goods lost and we can process a claim. Pads do not fit in normal size letters.

 

Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Small Packet– Only a little bit more expensive than 1st class. We use this for larger more valuable orders of over 4 pads.

Europe

Europe Airmail - Airmail is the first option for Europe and typically takes around 3-4 days for Western Europe and 4-5 days for Eastern Europe. Delivery times are quoted as working days and don't include weekends or bank holidays. Should your postal service not deliver your item it will be a minimum of 28 business days before the goods are considered lost and we can process a claim. Royal mail parcel number details are available upon request, This shipping option does not have full tracking if you want a fully tracked service please select one of the UPS courier options. Europe UPS – This is a very fast service into most parts of Europe typically 2 – 3 days for most of western Europe. Should your item go missing with this service claims can normally be dealt with inside 7 business days.

Europe Next Day Service – We offer a next day service to most of Western Europe. This service is on a quotation service and you will find details when checking out your order.

Rest Of The World

Rest of World - Airmail is the first option and can take around 10-15 days to arrive. Should your postal service not deliver your item it will be a minimum of 28 business days before the goods are considered lost and we can process a claim. - We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs. Royal mail parcel number details are available upon request, This shipping option does not have full tracking if you want a fully tracked service please select one of the UPS courier options.

Rest Of The World Courier. - This is a very fast service into most parts the world typically 3 - 7 days for most of the world. You will be given delivery options once you have placed your order. Should your item go missing with this service claims can normally be dealt with inside 10 business days.

In the unlikely event of goods requiring to be returned we have established a returns procedure which has been designed to cause you minimum inconvenience.

Suspected faulty Item 

Please email us at sales@tcs-eco.co.uk. Items, which are faulty, must be returned within the warranty period (12 months standard warranty). If the item is diagnosed faulty by our technicians, we will do our best to provide a replacement within 3-5 working days providing the item is in stock.

Item missing or incorrect item sent 

Should you receive goods that do not correspond with the description of the ordered goods then you should contact sales@tcs-rco.co.uk

Signing for goods

All items must be checked on delivery before signing for the item. If the item looks damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact us.

Damaged item 

For mail order goods only. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us.

Unwanted Or Incompatible Goods

If you purchased the goods online and are a consumer (a private person buying for their personal use) then you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 working days of purchase. Once the goods are returned we will give you a refund of the price paid. It is a pre-condition to our acceptance of these unwanted goods that they are returned in an unused condition, complete and in a re-saleable condition. You should then return the goods at your own cost and risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items reach us safely and in a satisfactory condition. We recommend that you take out insurance cover and that the goods should be sent by recorded or registered post or with a reputable courier. We cannot accept any liability for goods that are damaged in transit and would recommend that you ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged to prevent this from happening.

When returning Items 

Please return the items in original packaging if possible, but do make sure it is well packaging to prevent damage in transit.
