Delivery and Returns Policy

Order Processing Times

In-stock pads are normally dispatched within three working days.

Custom-made orders can take up to three weeks to manufacture before dispatch. We tend to be within 10 days to complete your order, depending on the size of the order and the length of our current manufacturing queue.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

UK Delivery

For most UK orders, we tend to use Parcel force express48. This is a fully tracked service that normally delivers within two working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote areas, during busy periods or when circumstances are outside the courier’s control.

Delayed or Missing UK Orders

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

Royal Mail does not normally consider First Class or Second Class items lost until ten working days have passed from the expected delivery date. We will make any necessary enquiry or claim with Royal Mail, as we are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you.

European Delivery

Royal Mail International Standard

Royal Mail International Standard is normally the lowest-cost option for European orders.

Delivery is usually estimated at:

• Three to five working days for most European destinations.

• Longer for remote locations or during customs delays.

This is not a fully tracked service. A parcel or posting reference may be available upon request, but it may not show the parcel’s complete journey.

Royal Mail does not normally accept a European loss claim until twenty working days have passed from the expected delivery date.

European Tracked or Courier Delivery

A tracked Royal Mail service or courier service may be available for customers who require more detailed tracking or faster delivery.

Courier delivery to many Western European destinations usually takes approximately two to three working days, although this depends on the destination and customs clearance.

Please contact us before ordering when you require a fully tracked, expedited or next-working-day European delivery service. We will provide a quotation based on your location and order size.

Rest of the World Delivery

Royal Mail International Standard

International Standard is normally our lowest-cost worldwide delivery option.

Delivery commonly takes approximately six to fifteen working days, depending on the destination. Remote locations and customs clearance may result in longer delivery times.

This service is not fully tracked. A posting or parcel reference may be available upon request, but it may not show the parcel’s complete journey.

Royal Mail does not normally accept a Rest of the World loss claim until twenty-five working days have passed from the expected delivery date.

International Tracked or Courier Delivery

Tracked and courier delivery options may be available for international orders.

Courier delivery usually takes approximately three to seven working days, depending on the destination and customs requirements. Available services and prices will be provided at checkout or by quotation.

Customs Delays

International delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs.

Customs authorities may inspect or delay an order. These processes are outside our control, but please contact us if you believe your order has been unreasonably delayed and we will assist wherever possible.
